PAVLOVIĆ INTERNATIONAL BANK AD SLOBOMIR BIJELJINA - Odjeljenje za poslovanje sa hartijama od vrijednosti "PIB Broker" prestalo je članstvo u Centralnom registru u sistemu obračuna, poravnanja i prenosa hartija od vrijednosti.

Odluku o prestanku članstva u Centralnom registru Upravni odbor je donio 25.06.2012. godine,  a na osnovu te odluke direktor je 26.06.2012. godine donio Rješenje o prestanku članstva u Centralnom registru u sistemu obračuna, poravnanja i prenosa hartija od vrijednosti.

On 25 June 2012, based on the contract concluded between the Central Registry and the issuer MUNICIPALITY OF LAKTAŠI, the Central Registry performed clearing of due eighth annuity of issuer's bonds, with local designation LKSD-O-A.

 

The total value of due obligations is in the amount of 868.868,12  KM for principal amount and 131.131,89 KM based on interest.

 

According to the decision on issue, the payments are to be made no later than within 14 days as of the day of maturity of annuity.

 

The Central Registry on date 21.06.2012. conducted registration of securities of following characteristics:

 

 

After registration of this issue, total value of issur's base capital is 50.000,00 BAM.

 

Issue is not subject to registration within the SEC Issuer Register (SEC decision no 01-031-1288/12 dated 05.06.2012.)

The issue is recorded at RS  Securities Commision's Registy of Issuers, decision no. : 01-03-RE-1360/12  dated 14.06.2012.

On 15 June 2012, based on the contract concluded between the Central Registry and the issuer REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA, the Central Registry performed clearing of due second coupon of issuer's bonds, with local designation RSRS-O-D.

 

The total value of due obligations is in the amount of 539.944,47 KM based on interest.

 

According to the decision on issue, the payments are to be made no later than within 15 days as of the day of maturity of coupon.

On 15 June 2012, based on the contract concluded between the Central Registry and the issuer REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA, the Central Registry performed clearing of due obligations of issuer's treasure bills, with local designation RS11-T04.

 

The total value of due obligations is in the amount of 10.000.000,00 KM.

On 11 June 2012, based on the contract concluded between the Central Registry and the issuer REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA, the Central Registry performed clearing of due first coupon of issuer's bonds, with local designation RSRS-O-E.

 

The total value of due obligations is in the amount of 436.558,50 KM based on interest.

 

According to the decision on issue, the payments are to be made no later than within 15 days as of the day of maturity of coupon.

On 11 June 2012, based on the contract concluded between the Central Registry and the issuer MUNICIPALITY OF BROD, the Central Registry performed clearing of due forth  annuity of issuer's bonds, with local designation OBDI-O-A.

 

The total value of due obligations is in the amount of 158.271,78  KM for principal amount and 119.998,81 KM based on interest.

 

According to the decision on issue, the payments are to be made no later than within 15 days as of the day of maturity of annuity.
