Notification of transfer of shares from minority shareholders to controlling shareholder of issuer RUDING AD Ugljevik
Shareholders meeting of the issuer RUDING AD Ugljevik, issued, on 18 January 2012, the Decision on Transfer of Shares to the Controlling Shareholder, no.: SK-IV-03/12.
On 25 May 2012, based on the contract concluded between the Central Registry and the issuer MUNICIPALITY OF BIJELJINA, the Central Registry performed clearing of due fifth annuity of issuer's bonds, with local designation BNIF -O-A.
The total value of due obligations is in the amount of 449.936,72 KM for principal amount and 315.307,08 KM based on interest.
According to the decision on issue, the payments are to be made no later than within 15 days as of the day of maturity of annuity.
On 23 May 2012, based on the contract concluded between the Central Registry and the issuer MKD SINERGIJAplus DOO BANJA LUKA, the Central Registry performed clearing of due fifth annuity of issuer's bonds, with local designation SNPO-O-A.
The total value of due obligations is in the amount of 351.166,67 KM for principal amount and 28.093,29 KM based on interest.
According to the decision on issue, the payments are to be made no later than within 15 days as of the day of maturity of annuity.
On 18 May 2012, based on the contract concluded between the Central Registry and the issuer REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA, the Central Registry performed clearing of due first coupon of issuer's bonds, with local designation RSBD-O-A.
The total value of due obligations is in the amount of 3.000.000,00 KM based on interest.
According to the decision on issue, the payments are to be made no later than within 15 days as of the day of maturity of coupon.
The Decision on Amandments to the Regulation on Registration and Transfer of Securities was published in the Republic of Srpska Official Gazette no. 40/12 and comes into force on 18th May 2012.The text of the Decision on Amandments to the Regulation is available on the Central Registry of Securities website, in Regulations and Forms.
Notification of forced sale of shares in the procedure of take-over of RADNIK-PROMET AD Doboj
On 11 May 2012, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares on the basis of forced sale of shares in the procedure of take-over of RADNIK-PROMET AD Doboj from shareholders' accounts whose shares were sold, by way of forced sale, to the account of the offeror Savić Rajko.
On May 15, 2012, the procedure of deletion of shares (both from the issuers' account and securities holders' account) of local designation DIKL of the issuer ''DRVNA INDUSTRIJA'' AD Kalinovik - in bankruptcy, ID no. 01302639 was completed, based on the decision on removal of the issuer from the issuers' register kept at the RS Securities Commission no. 01-03-RE-907/12, dated April 18, 2012.
The issuer ''DRVNA INDUSTRIJA'' AD Kalinovik -in bankruptcy, ID no. 01302639 ceases to exist.
Notification of forced sale of shares in the procedure of take-over of SLOGA AD Kozarska Dubica
On 11 May 2012, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares on the basis of forced sale of shares in the procedure of take-over of SLOGA AD Kozarska Dubica from shareholders' accounts whose shares were sold, by way of forced sale, to the account of the offeror Mile Puzigaća and the persons that act in concert Dragan Petraković and Mirjana Matanović Bundalo.
