On April 23, 2012, the procedure of deletion of shares (both from the issuers' account and securities holders' account) of local designation VTRS of the issuer Preduzeće za proizvodnju vatrostalnog materijala „VATROSTALNA" AD Prijedor, ID no. 01351338 was completed, based on the decision on removal of the issuer from the issuers' register kept at the RS Securities Commission no. 01-03-RE-757/12, dated Мarch 30, 2012.
