On Мarch 23, 2012, the procedure of deletion of shares (both from the issuers' account and securities holders' account) of local designation HEMI of the issuer Akcionarsko društvo „HEMIJA"- Industrija hemijskih proizvoda Modriča - in bankruptcy, ID no. 01112694 was completed, based on the decision on removal of the issuer from the issuers' register kept at the RS Securities Commission no. 01-03-RE-632/12, dated Мarch 16, 2012.

The decision on exclusion from membership in the Central Registry was made by the Management Board on March 21, 2012, and based on that decision, on March 21, 2012, the director issued the decision on exclusion from membership in the Central Registry in the system of clearing, settlement and transfer of securities, up to 3 months start at March 21, 2012.
