On 28 October 2011, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares on the basis of forced sale of shares in the procedure of take-over of BEOGRAD AD Banja Luka from shareholders' accounts whose shares were sold, by way of forced sale, to the account of the offeror Bosa Marinković.

On 26 October 2011, the Central Registry performed transfer of shares on the basis of forced sale of shares in the procedure of take-over of MERKUR AD Banja Luka from shareholders' accounts whose shares were sold, by way of forced sale, to the account of the offeror Mladen Milanović.
On 20 October 2011, the Central Registry of Securities, following the order of the Republic of Srpska Securities Commission (Decision no. 01-UP-061-2819/11 dated 18 October 2011) performed settlement of suspended transactions by shares of „Banja Luka film" a.d. Banja Luka, of local designation BLFM-R-A (transactions no: 770858, 770859, 770860) made on 29 August 2011.
The settlement of the said transactions was suspended according to the order of the Republic of Srpska Securities Commission (Decision no.:01-UP-061-2387/11 dated 31 August 2011).
